In-House Material Creation School

ALPS aims to foster mold-making experts, while passing our molding technology and skills on to the next generation, which remain the core of our technologies. We are carried out systematic training courses for our employees at our headquarters and overseas subsidiaries with molding divisions (South Korea ALPS, Tianjin ALPS, ALPS Malaysia), as well as molding firms that we have nurtured cooperative ties with. At present, we have opened 14 courses, including mold-design, mold-making, mold-finishing. We have plans to offer additional courses that include parts processing and molding maintenance. Also, to give width to the skills to pass on, we also offer courses where participants can acquire assembling skills, which include the method of thinking and ways to improve assembling, as well as 3D-CAD classes to study third-dimensional CAD operations.
