aims to become an “Innovative T-shaped Company” and will move toward that goal
by establishing the new position of chief integration synergy officer (CIO) to
stimulate generation of business through business integration, and by
implementing partial changes to corporate officer appointments.
On June 21, 2019, Alps Alpine will establish the new position of chief
integration synergy officer, or CIO, to help stimulate and enhance generation
of synergies through business integration with sights on attaining the
company’s mid-term business plan target (ITC101*). The CIO will be tasked with
pursuing structural reform, reorganization of overseas bases and domestic
organizations, acceleration of efforts to build up orders for, and
commercialize, new businesses, and reduction of costs through synergies.
The following is a list of changes to corporate officer appointments to take
effect following the ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for
June 21, 2019.
